These terms and conditions outline the payment, delivery, and refund policies for YooP Kicks:

Payment Policy:

• Customers must pay a 50% deposit upfront before receiving their product. This ensures partial payment is made before the item is provided.

Delivery Policy:

• YooP Kicks offers delivery services only within Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and the Bronx. If a customer is outside these areas, they must opt for shipping instead.

• Delivery incurs an additional fee of $15.00, which is separate from the product price.

• For customers who prefer shipping, YooP Kicks will send the product, but the customer must cover the shipping costs.

Return & Refund Policy:

• No refunds or exchanges are allowed—all sales are final. This means once a purchase is made, the customer cannot return the product for a refund or swap it for another item.

Essentially, customers should be sure about their purchase before ordering, as they will not be able to get a refund or exchange. They should also factor in delivery or shipping costs when budgeting for their order.
